The second floor holds three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and the laundry room. The primary bedroom has a king bed and its own ensuite with a custom tile shower. Bedroom 2 is a queen bed. Bedroom 3 is the bunk room, a queen bed plus a lofted full-size bed above it, good for kids or a couple extra people, and there s a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo down the hall from the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms.
Up on the third floor is the main living space, and it s the kind of open layout that s actually made for a group, not just photographed that way. The kitchen has blue tile, black granite counters, and appliances that can keep up if someone in your group actually likes to cook, plus a breakfast bar that seats 3. The dining table seats up to 6. There s a gas fireplace with some nice custom metalwork around it, and an oversized sectional in front of the smart TV for whoever wants to just sit down after a long day. A full bathroom with a tile shower serves this floor and the loft above it. Speaking of which, that spiral staircase in the living room leads up to bedroom 4, the loft. To be clear: it s not a closed-off room with a door, it s an open sofa-sleeper setup, and it works best for kids, an extra couple, or anyone who doesn't mind an open layout. If everyone in your group needs a private room, plan around the 3 bedrooms downstairs and think of the loft as bonus space. Floor three finishes with big windows and a sliding door out to the patio, where there s a private hot tub and a grill with a straight-on view of Big Mountain.
