Flathead Valley - WF - Edelweiss 317

Welcome to Edelweiss Skyview!

Wake up above the treetops at this lovely two-story condo in Edelweiss at Whitefish Mountain Resort. A wood-burning fireplace, vaulted ceilings, and a wide balcony with sweeping views of the forested ski runs make this the perfect base for ski days, summer hikes, and everything in between. With 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and room for 8, there's space for the whole crew.

The main living area centers on the fireplace and a stunning view of Whitefish Mountain. Glass doors open onto a large balcony, perfect for morning coffee, watching the evening alpenglow settle over the mountains or checking the weather before you hit the slopes. Inside, you'll find two comfy sofas (one that pulls out into a bed) gathered around the slate fireplace and a flat-screen TV, while vintage ski art gives the place a fun alpine feel.

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking in after a long day on the mountain, so gather around the breakfast bar while dinner comes together. Start to explore the condo, and you will find the first room with 2 full beds, making it the perfect place to sleep for 4. Upstairs, the loft-style primary bedroom feels like a retreat of its own, with a warm wood accent wall, plenty of natural light, and its own bathroom.

This condo is steps away from the ski slopes, making your next ski vacation or summer escape easier than ever!

Winter in Whitefish
Whitefish Mountain Resort sits right in your backyard, and it earns every bit of its reputation. With over 3,000 skiable acres, 14 lifts, and terrain that works for everyone from first-timers to experts, this is world-class skiing without the resort-town chaos. Beyond the mountain, the valley opens up for snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, ice fishing, and quiet winter trails that feel like they were made for you. When the day winds down, downtown Whitefish is a short trip away -- cozy cafes, local galleries, great food, and the kind of small-town energy that's hard to find anywhere else. If you're here in February, the Whitefish Winter Carnival is worth building your trip around.

Summer in Whitefish
When the snow melts, this place shifts gears without missing a beat. Whitefish Lake is right here, and within 100 miles you have access to over 100 lakes and rivers -- including Flathead Lake, the largest freshwater lake west of the Mississippi. Up on the mountain, summer brings a completely different lineup: biking, hiking, zip-lining, alpine slides, ropes courses, and gondola rides with views that stretch all the way to Glacier National Park. Glacier itself is just 45 minutes away, with the Going-to-the-Sun Road, Lake McDonald, and more than 70 trails waiting. Closer to home, 43 miles of the Whitefish Trail System thread through the hills, and downtown fills up with breweries, distilleries, farmers markets, and events like Huckleberry Days, summer rodeos, and the Under the Big Sky Music Festival.

Getting Around: Getting around Whitefish and Whitefish Mountain Resort is simple thanks to the FREE Snow Bus, a complimentary shuttle that runs during peak winter and summer seasons. Uber, Lyft, and taxis are also available.
