Welcome to Flathead Front Row!

Escape to the shores of Flathead Lake at Flathead Front Row, made up of two separate homes that share a private dock, a large lawn for games, and private lake access. This place is perfect for families or groups traveling together who also want their own space to unwind at the end of the day. Each home comes with its own living area and amenities, with a full kitchen in the upper home and a kitchenette in the lower, so you can cook or relax independently, then meet up outside to soak up the mountain views on the decks or head down to the dock for a swim.

Inside, a cozy fireplace and walls of windows for endless lake views, while a sunny dining nook looks straight out over the water. These two homes sleep a total of 8: the upper level offers a king bedroom plus a queen sleeper sofa in the living area, and the lower level features a queen bedroom alongside twin-over-twin bunk beds.

Just steps from the house, the private covered dock is made for fun afternoons filled with swimming, fishing, or hopping on a boat for a ride on the lake (note: boats may be used during the day but cannot be moored at the dock overnight). With two homes, shared lakefront grounds, and Flathead Lake right outside the door, Flathead Front Row gives every member of the group their own space and a shared reason to come back outside.

Summer
When the snow melts, Lakeside comes alive as one of Flathead Lake's favorite west-shore destinations. Spend your days on the water at Volunteer Park, with easy public docks and boat launches, or book a guided tour with a local outfitter like Go Sail Flathead Lake for an afternoon of sailing on the largest freshwater lake west of the Mississippi. Just south of town, West Shore State Park offers a quiet, forested escape with rocky beaches, camping, and one of the lake's few year-round deep-water boat launches. For a change of pace, head up to Blacktail Mountain, where summer brings hiking and mountain biking trails with sweeping views over the lake and the Mission Mountains, or stick closer to the water and ride Montana's only Alpine Coaster, try your hand at gem mining, or putt a round of mini golf at the Flathead Lake Adventure Park. Cap off the day with a cold pint on the deck at Tamarack Brewing Company, right across the street from the lake.

Lower Level: This home does not have air conditioning, which is typical for Montana mountain properties. Evenings cool down beautifully at elevation, and opening windows at night is the best way to bring that fresh mountain air in. During the day, keeping windows and curtains closed hold the cool air inside. Fans are available in the bedroom closets for comfort. For safety, please only open windows while you are present on the property.
